Blood draws and specimen collection wherever you are — at home, in an assisted living facility, a hotel room or your workplace. We come to you, collect properly and deliver to the laboratory of your choice. Available by appointment — call or text to schedule.
A typical visit is the $100 concierge fee plus the service you need — $225 for a standard blood draw.

All lab collections need a provider-signed order. Don’t have one? We offer a telemedicine lab order consult for $150.
Any test, no insurance needed
CMP, Hemoglobin A1C, hormone panels, PT/INR monitoring, drug testing, STD/STI panels, thyroid testing, COVID-19 PCR and 500+ more. Discounted cash rates through Access Medical Labs, Evexia Diagnostics and Rupa Health — call for pricing.
What’s included
Collection by a licensed phlebotomist or nurse, all specimen supplies and handling, proper labeling, storage and secure transport, plus packing and shipping of specialty kits.

Cash-only service
Payment due at time of booking. All major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo and Zelle. Superbills and receipts available on request.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations under 24 hours incur a $100 fee.
No refunds once collected
Once a blood or specimen collection has begun, no refunds are issued. The time, materials, transportation and lab coordination are already spent, and no refunds are given for lab delays or third-party issues. Please make sure your information and lab order are accurate and that you’re available at the appointment time.
