Evaluation & treatment
A full assessment by a licensed provider for non-emergent conditions, in your own space.
Prescriptions & orders
E-prescriptions to your pharmacy, imaging orders (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI) if medically necessary, and lab orders as clinically indicated.
Work or school note
Issued if appropriate for your visit.

We make house calls across the San Fernando Valley — most of the west and central Valley, plus Calabasas, Agoura Hills and a good part of the Westside. Outside that area a travel fee may apply; call and we’ll quote it before you book.

House calls are cash concierge service. Insurance is not billed for in-home visits — the price you see is the price you pay.
House call visit
$399 — a licensed provider at your door.
Additional patient at the same address $200. Testing and treatments priced below.
After-hours fee
Late-evening visits carry an after-hours mobile convenience fee, quoted and due at booking. It is not covered by insurance.
Cancellations
24 hours’ notice please. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged $100.
Please confirm your condition suits mobile care before scheduling — call or text and we’ll tell you. Los Angeles traffic can shift arrival times; we’ll notify you promptly. Our providers reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion. Patients are advised to follow up with their primary care provider after the visit.
