Please visit our website, call, or text prior to scheduling your appointment to verify the conditions we treat. In home visits are available within a 10-mile radius of Northridge, CA. Visits outside of 10-mile radius are subject to an additional concierge fee at time of visit. Traveling through LA traffic may result in appointment delays. Will notify you if any adjustments to the appointment time are necessary. One Health Mobile does not provide treatment of emergencies. All medical services provided by One Health Mobile will require you to follow up with your primary care provider. If the provider has concerns regarding a patient in a at home/medical visit the provider will refer you to an Emergency Room. There are no refunds and payment of $260 is due at time of booking. Additional fees for testing, procedures and medication administration are due at time of service.

Cancelation Policy

We ask that you please provide us 24-hour notice of cancellation for any of our services. A last-minute cancellation or a missed appointment creates an opening in the providers schedule that could have been utilized by another patient. Patients canceling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to pay $80 cancellation fee of the services reserved. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are cancelled or missed without notice.
