One Health Mobile offers concierge COVID-19 in home testing for individuals and families of all ages.
COVID Screening Only:
- We do not charge for COVID testing. We only charge for the concierge fee to go to your home, hotel, or office.
- Rapid COVID Antigen Test Available within 20 min.
- COVID PCR test available 2-3 days turnaround times for processing.
- We Do not Provide work notes or school notes for screening only visits.
- Follow up with PCP to discuss result.

1. Rapid COVID Antigen Test $120
20 min turnaround time.
The nasal swab identifies viral SARS COV-2 proteins and can determine if you are infected with COVID-19 at the time the swab was performed.
2. COVID PCR test $180
Will detect if you Have a active COVID-19 infection. This test is the more accurate than the rapid COVID antigen test. Processing times 2-3 days.
What should I do if I test positive?
- Self-isolate
- Follow up with your primary care provider.
- If you test positive and would like medical advice by our providers, require a travel certificate or need a work note by One Health Mobile, you would be entitled to an additional $80 consultation fee.
- Fee will include -Prescription to pharmacy of choice and work/school note if requested.
Insurance is not accepted at this time. (All major forms of payment are accepted including: All major credit cards, Health savings cards, Venmo, and Zelle)
All Medical Services provided by One Health Mobile will require you to follow-up with your Primary Care Provider. (If you do not have a Primary Care Provider, we are able to refer you to one).
